Subscription expiration date

You can always stay ahead of the curve of your subscription expiration. All the details of your subscription are available on your “My Account” dashboard.

Click on “My Account” from the top menu.  Select the “Subscriptions” tab. Here, you will see the Subscription Start Date and the End Date.

Save you progress report

You can easily download and save your progress report.

To do so, log in to your account and choose “My Account” from the top menu.

Then click on “My Progress Report.” You will see the “Print” button in the top right corner. When you click on this button, your computer will show you a print page. On this page, you can choose to save your report to PDF or to print it.
Choose to save to PDF and follow the instructions on the screen to save your progress report.

Keep in mind that you need to save your progress before your subscription expires.

 

Your renewal discount

You are eligible for a discount on a renewal plan. To get one, follow these steps.

Log in to your account, go to “My Account” and choose “My Discount.” Choose a new plan.

If your account was expired, upon successful payment, your account will be automatically restored.

What happens when my subscription expires?

When your subscription expires, you have no access to your courses.

Your account data stays in our database for the next 60 days. During this time, can renew the subscription, and your account will be back to “normal.” This process will happen automatically upon successful payment.

If you don’t renew your subscription in these 60 days after the end of a paid plan, your account will be deleted. This process is not reversible.

Keep in mind, you need to use the same email address when renewing your subscription.

What to do if the system asks me to pay for the course

If you have an active subscription and our system asks you to pay for the course, it means that you are NOT logged in to your account. Simply, log in again to access your lessons.

Keep in mind that if there two simultaneous logins on one account, one session will automatically end. As a result, our system will tell you that you are not enrolled in the course.

Why the system logs me out?

Usually, the system logs you out if someone else uses the same login details to open a new session. To prevent your progress from being lost and to protect the integrity of the system, only one open session is allowed.

 

What can I do if I can’t save my progress

First, make sure no one else is logged in to your account. When you share your login details and other people can log in to your account, it causes many issues from missing your saved progress, not being able to save your progress, etc.

If you shared your login, please change your password immediately. To do so, login to your account, choose “My account” from the top menu, and then click on “Account Details.” On this page, you can change your password. When you are done, log out and log in again.

Can I share the login information?

No, sharing your login can cause many issues from not being able to save your progress, failures to log in, etc. Additionally, sharing a login also violates our Terms and Conditions.

What is the Resume button?

The Resume button allows you to immediately return to the last lesson or quiz that you visited. This button is integrated within the “All Lessons” dashboard and on every subject course.

If you didn’t make any progress, this button is not visible.

How to change a name

You can easily change the name or email address associated with your Covcel account. To do so, log in to your account and click on the ‘My Account’ button and then choose from the left-hand menu ‘Account Details.’
On this page, you can change the name, the display name, and the email. When you’ve finished editing your account, don’t forget to save the changes.
